Shared Vision. Aligned Action.
Collective Action
We know we can’t do this work alone. Collective Action means coming together—across sectors, organizations, and lived experiences—to assess needs, fill gaps, and build a more connected, responsive, and supportive community.
What We’re Plugged Into
Addressing mental and behavioral health challenges is a community-wide effort that requires all hands on deck. We collaborate local, regional and mountain west organizations and individuals to foster an ecosystem where everyone can thrive.

Health & Wellness Coalition
Monthly collaboration to engage in mutual aid, align priorities and inform the Our Big Sky Vision stewarded by the Coordinating Council of Big Sky.

Coordinating Council of Big Sky
Engagement with cross-sector leaders with the aim to collectively coordinate, engage, connect, and influence community stakeholders including residents, workforce, non-profit and business leaders, and funders to shape impactful decisions and achieve the goals of Our Big Sky Vision.

Regional Learning & Alignment
Engaging with partners across Gallatin County and the Mountain West to learn from best practices and engage in collaborative learning.
Collective Action Projects
Be Well Big Sky acts as the backbone and coordinator for collective action projects. We uphold our responsibility for centering community voice, building trusting relationships, and co-creating initiatives alongside partners. Together, we help shape the systems that support well-being.
